What will I find in The Ruby Cabinet?

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 3 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), once your payment has been confirmed.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by item and location. Your estimated delivery time is shown at checkout before you pay.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is a flat $8.00, and standard shipping is free on orders of $70 or more.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to activate, and may show as inactive until the carrier first scans your package.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 60 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused and in their original packaging, and the customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.

Are any items final sale?

Yes. Journals, planners and calendars that have been written in, opened card decks, sale and discounted items, gift cards, and items marked non-returnable cannot be returned.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return arrives, we inspect it within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 7 to 10 business days. You can also choose an exchange for the same item in a different color or size, subject to availability.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Once it has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it under our return policy.
